I am currently experiencing payment problems with LoanDepot. This company is servicing my mortgage. I have been using my BillPay service at the credit union to pay the loan since - 2015. Everything was fine until - 2015. Starting with the - payment LoanDepot has been rejecting the payments and sending me notifications in the - Mail that my loan is on the brink of foreclosure. My BillPay service does n't understand what is going on either. They are not getting any information from LoanDepot.
