PayPal Credit Card Complaint

Was attempting to purchase something using my Paypal account, and was somehow signed up for a Paypal credit card. This was not clearly documented that I was signing up for this as it appeared to me at the time that I was just using my Paypal account linked to - of my credit cards. No qualifying information was asked of myself, such as yearly salary, full social security number, etc.
