Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low
Wells Fargo Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Texas
In 2013 I was charged over $30000.00 in overdraft fees. It started slowly but snowballed due to the fees drawing my balance down to where other checks and debits were also assessed fees. I was given phone # 's to call of people who no longer worked there. I was always given the hope the overdrafts would be reversed. I have later learned that if I had banked anywhere else I would no have incurred any of these fees. Due to the practice of posting debits in front of credits. In all of 2013 I never bounced a check. The money was there for both the checks and the fees. On -/-/2013 they closed my account at the same time charging more fees. Shortly after closing my account they accepted a $6000.00 wire and held it for a week and accessing fees before they released it. I have tried hiring a lawyer but no-one will go up against Wells Fargo. I had given up hope before my nephew who is pre law gave me your web address. Please Help! I lost my business over this. - - -
