This company calls me 5 times a day regarding a late $61.00 payment. on -/-/15, - PST, I spoke with - and explained the issue with the calls. I agreed to arrange a payment date for my account ( which I did right then online ) and she advised she would have the calls stopped. ( I have a printout of this online conversation ) Not even 2 hours later the calls are continuing. 5 calls a day is very excessive and I feel harassed. And the calls are 7 days a week, including Sundays.
