I had purchased a sears credit protection plan effective date -/-/1998 with group policy number - and - with certificate number - for account number - would cover my balance my account if I get unemployed or -. unfortunately I became - and I notified the insurance company what just happened and become -. and next thing I know I have a collection agency after me.
