Debt collector posing as 'mediator ' falsely claiming that they have filed a suit against us and a judgement is being made. They were very aggressive and threatening. They claimed that we need to settle the suit immediately. There is no lawsuit, it was all completely false and I had never received prior notice. They also claimed to have recorded my conversation before hanging up on me ( without my prior knowledge or consent ). Also calling and threatening spouse and other family members saying that I need to talk to them immediately.
