Hello : I purchased an iPad on my credit card from -. The credit card company advertises card benefit services and purchase protection for 90 days. We no longer wanted the item after 15 days, and contacted the credit card company. After mailing the company back our item, they are requesting information which is on the product ( which they have in their possession ). They said they are unable to give us the information ( even though the item is in their possession ).
