Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

A debt collection company that bought my student loan has been harassing me and my family members. The company is RAB Inc./Regional Adjustment Bureau Inc. , -. - -, -, - -. I called to discuss with them that right now, I am unemployed and I can not pay the amount they were asking for in full. I told them when I get on my feet, I would call them to set something up. I told them to stop calling my family members in and out-of-state looking for me and asking them where I work when they have my direct contact information. They had called my wife, my wife 's office, my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law after I told them to only contact me. I also asked them to erase the other numbers, which the agent claimed to do, but a week later, they were calling the others again. They also call from different numbers to try to get us to answer the phone. This has been going on for months and my wife even filed a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry but it has n't stopped the calls.
