I have been trying to access my synchrony bank account through amazon for weeks. they say my bill is late and when I try to pay it I can not open my account. this has happened several times they are the worst company I have ever worked with, they are completely non-communicative and seem to take measures to keep one out of ones account. Please help, this effects my credit rating. -
