I have a mortgage loan with Bayview Loan Servicing , LLC, - - -. - -, unfortunately because of the economy I failed my mortgage payments on -/-/- and my house has a sale date on -/-/-, obviously I do not want to lose my home, it is my heritage for me and my family. I am trying to make a loan modification, but there is a person, - -, who works in Bayview, he is the point of contact, the only person who can I talk to about the loan modification process, - - -. - ), but from the beginning he told me, he will not review my loan modification work out package because I have 2 years with out paying my mortgage. Anyway, I sent the work out package on - to be reviewed but he told me again, he will not review the work out package. Please, I need help with my house, I do not want to loose my home, I consider I have the right to be reviewed for a loan modification.
