I am coming to the conclusion that Check N Go is making it difficult for clients to pay on their loan intentionally, and not making the terms of their loan agreement accessible. I have tried to locate my loan docs online, and am unable to. When I ask a rep, they direct me to the online account website to no avail ... they stated it may be a problem on my side. When I try to pay the loan online or over the phone, it seems my account number can not be found and it is too late to pay over the phone. The loan accumulates interest at $15.00 per day, making it beneficial for Check N Go to prolong payments. During the - holiday, I tried to pay but was unable to, and accumulated $30.00 in interest just because there was no way for me to pay. This seems like unfair lending practices to me.
