We got a letter in the mail from this company called AllianceOne Receivables Management , Inc.. Their address is - - - - - - , WA -. The letter states that my grandma, - - has violitions with the port authority of my & nj dating back to -/-/-. Since she never paid the " violitions '' they sent it to AllianceOne to collect the debt. my grandma paid this debt that same day we received the letter, -/-/- in full in the amount of $290.00. The reference number is - and the contact number is -. I called ezpass after she paid and logged onto the ezpass account website to look for these violations, but they were not there and the representative said that there were no such violations ever that AllianceOne reported. We would like our refund back from AllianceOne and to report them for fraudulent charges.
