Di tech has repeatedly called me at work when I have asked the calls to stop. They call me After I already tell them that the payments are made via bill pay. And continue to call me after I have already made arrangements to pay. In addition several Threatening messages have been left on my cell phone. When trying to make payment arrangements they insist on me using their pay by phone service which has a fee associated to it. My account also has an Unapplied ballance '' of more than the amount of the payment owed.
