Hello my name is - - - I was notified by - - also name Chase and -/-/- said I opened an account. And put an counterfeit check in the bank account I have never bank with chase so I disputed because they told me I old them money of $1500.00 I need to pay this money off so I pay it off on -/-/- and they told me I can get a bank account after I pay the money off. I went into the branch in she look on her system to see if I qualify for a bank account and she yes I do qualify after that she called the back office in the told me I ca n't ever bank with you guys again. So this was not my fault I went down to the police department to get a police report so now i need to get this fix.
