Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Oklahoma

I repaired my credit in 2008 as it had incorrect information - wrong names, social security number, employment history, etc. Now, - plus years later I have completed a loan application but can not complete the signing of the application because I can not answer the security questions. The loan firm is ( - ) who uses ( - ) who in turn uses the LexisNexis database. Apparently the credit agencies did not update LexisNexis with the proper information so I can not get the final approval for my loan. I now have a hard search on my credit for nothing due to the misinformation in the LexisNexis database.
