I want to file a complaint against State Farm Bank. State Farm Bank has placed - 30 day late payment charges on my credit report when they should not have done so. The first 30 day late payment was placed on my report in - of 2014. After speaking with more than - customer service representative I made a payment which did not post that day ; it posted several days later causing the payment to be late. The representative provided me with the wrong cut off time, thus causing me to assume I could make the payment at a later time. Their payment posting system causes customers - to lose several hours of payment posting time. I wrote a letter to State Farm and asked that they review the phone conversations with it 's representatives, which were several in number. They said they reviewed the calls but did not state whether they found the conversations. The second 30 day late payment came last month. The payment shows that it was made on a particular date, but they posted it on the next day, which is still not 30 days late. They posted a payment on the same date exactly one year earlier and did not place a 30 day late payment on my credit report. I currently have - loans and State Farm is the only Bank that I have had issues with. I have been a customer of State Farm for 27 years.
