a company called citgroup credit services, a third party to citi is responding weirdly ... i have requested of them since 2009 a copy of their agreement between themselves citigroup credit services and their trustee - and the owner of the debt as per their agreement that they would accept - as noted in their letterthey have never provided such an agreement
