This lender has called members of my family and friends in an attempt to contact me to collect a debt. This is illegal. I can not be reached by phone but can be reached via email and conventional postal delivery. Furthermore, they say that I have them listed as an " emergency contact '' so my friends and family immediately think something has happened to me.
