I traded my -/-/- F150 -. They financed me for a -/-/- - Corolla. My old finance company is United Auto Credit. They have called me every day in regards to my payment. I explained to them I do not own that vehicle anymore. I told them - - will send them the payoff. They continue to harass me daily. I just got off the phone with United Auto Credit as they admitted talking with - - -, yet told me until they receive a payment the calls will continue. Let it be known I have never missed or been late on a payment. When I requested to speak with a supervisor they only sent me to a recording. I can not seem to get them to work with me at all. I did speak with - - about the issue. They insured me it will be paid, as I trust it will be. I know there is a process the bank has to take before sending a check. I do not want any bad di gs on my credit do to some underground lender like United Auto Credit. As I did some research on the -, I noticed that I am not the only - having similar issues. At the interest rates they are charging the least they can do is work with someone. Especially when you have dealer that size paying off your loan.
