Had a bathtub flood at home. Insurance paid out - but held by RCS until they could approve/prove work done. THEIR CONTRACTED INSPECTORS HAVE NEVER CALLED TO SET UP CHECK OF WORK! ca n't continue/finish work until they do without losing my insurance payout.
