Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Texas
I disputed - ProCollect accounts in my credit file with the CRA. Procollect inturn sent was they considered validation of the debt '' to me via mail. First, I never received anything regarding this debt before discovering it in my credit report in - 2015. Secondly, when I attempted contact the original creditor, I find that they are no longer in business. So, when I received the validation '' from Procollect, it showed me nothing! I have attached scanned copies of the attachment that procollect sent me as validation of the debts appearing in my credit file for $600.00, $620.00 and $620.00. This does not constitute sufficient validation of the debt. This is something that I could have typed up myself. Surely this is not what they send others who are requesting debt validation. And sadly, this was what the CRA used to place this debt in my credit file. I emailed procollect informing them that this was not sufficient and they would have to supply the proper validation according to the laws in the state of Texas and I expected these accounts to be removed from my account. The 30 day period has expired.
