I am filing a complaint against TD Bank. I opened - new accounts with the help of customer service. The accounts are as follows - and -. I am a regular customer and I deposit cash to my accounts. I have deposited CASH in worth - of dollars in the past. TD Bank did nothing to protect my cash investments. I was treated in an unprofessional manner by lower level people from customer service and from the - - - -, NY - location. One representative stated that they can pick who they do business with at the lower level. She stated it is her right to discriminate against people as she sees fit.
