My complaint is against the Chase bank who handles my - credit card account. I called Chase to request for - - - reference numbers of - chargeback reversals totaling $490.00 to a merchant 's bank and they are unable to provide them to me. They said there are no - numbers provided. My merchant 's bank informed me that the - numbers and dates are the standard protocols for - transactions. Without these numbers and dates, the bank will not release the funds either to me or my merchant. I also wrote a letter to the Chase dispute department and my issue was not addressed, but stated that my funds were returned to the merchant 's bank. I called the Chase customer service specialist, - - -, who was not available, but had his message answering recording, which I left several messages for him to call me, but he never did call me. Any assistance you can provide to resolve this case is most appreciated. Thank you.
