Colony Brands, Inc. Credit card department,
I got the information from credit report and was upset because I had tried to make payment arrangements with them, but they refused to accept arrangements and did not respond. I do n't feel that was fair as I offered what I could and they never, ever responded. When I would go to the automatic teller, it would get my information ; then reject it. I tried this several times.
