Citibank Credit card department,

This is more of a request than compliant. I would respectfully request that Macy 's lower my interest rate on my account, and my hours have been cut making my budget extremely tight. If they can agree to lowering the interest to 5 % I can more estimate a balance of zero within 8 months. I hope they will give this strong consideration and I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and have not charged anything to the account in the past 6 months.
