They have also called friends of my family multiple times leaving messages. Showed up to my grandparents house and disclosed my debt to my older brother. Showed up at my aunts house and told her that they were told she was my mother. Sent a letter to my grandmothers address - and I live -. They have trespassed multiple times on my grandparents and aunts property that have NO TRESPASSING SIGNS on both properties and they have showed up even after I contacted them telling them that I do n't live at either of the residents. They are continuously calling and leaving messages telling my family and friends that they need payment or my collateral. I worked for a - company so I know my rights as a consumer. What they are doing is against FDCPA and CFPB. They disclosed to my brother that I needed to pay $75.00 and also gave him a letter to give to me. They have harassed my family and friends so much that my family and friends are also going to be filing a complaint with the CFPB. And it is all over a $370.00 loan. Ridiculous.
