Had a mobile home loan with Greentree. I divorced and mobile home was awarded to ex wife. -/-/2012 I was contacted by greentree that the account had not been paid in over 6 months. I made an agreement to pay the loan off for less than was owed. - was owed, I payed half. In return for payment it would be taken off my credit report. I have tried to get them to comply with there agreement, they will not. Now that it is with Ditech they say they do not have any information on that and they are reporting - written off.
