Non-federal student loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was discharged in bankruptcy Iowa

- - representing - - called -/-/- in an attempt to settle up - accounts they are trying to collect for - Student loan Trust. While talking to - - she had stated that - would settle for $29000.00 and then the next day I was sent an email saying that - would settle for $43000.00. I feel that this company is not a reputable company if not a scam. I have recently sent them a letter requesting them to send proof that these loans are valid since -/-/- we filed bankruptcy on these loans and feel that they have been satisfied then.
