I have a loan out with Navy Federal Credit Union that has been awarded to my ex-spouse in our divorce proceedings that is still showing on my credit report. I have offered multiple times to provide them with a copy of the decree, but they were unwilling to accept it. This is adversely affecting my credit score and history and I would like to have it removed. The account has been charged off because my ex-spouse has refused to pay since 2013.
