- - - aproved us for a modification and them filed a fha insurance claim then transferred the account to bayview we attended a conciliation conference on - - and was told by a - - - representative that she contact bayview and they accepted the approved modification after that court hearing we arrived home and recieved in the mail the same day a statement from bayview asking for $10000.00 to bring our account current or they will forclose
