During this time I was trying to get somebody to listen hear me that my home was being illegally forced through a foreclosure. My credit was destroyed, my car was totaled that I owned and i was trying to recover from my husband losing his job after i became -. Had to settle for a high interest payment on car, - Toyota said I would be able to refinance in a few months with no problems, plus more. As time goes on, I was very hurt in accident, which today ca n't keep up on any treatment, not even a massage due to the time I spend beggin for help. I also had to continue litigating myself on home that I was about to lose and still fighting for. Everywhere I turned I was denied, loans of all kinds. I had spoke to toyota, explained I set payments up through app and it does not work. They emailed me extention, I was unable to open. So after many attempts I let it go and continued to pay what I could. I


they said I ruined over phone payments from return. I explained I 'm being banked charged, I canceled app payments, you never gave me extention but said you did, I never signed anything but told me in order for extention i had to.I said I can pay the car but need a fresh start. I paid - -, I paid - - on - - which was my daughters - birthday. Toyota doubled from my acct. additional -, - payments when i set up two days prior only - on site. After 1 hr in bank trying to resolve this, 20 min late driving crying to pick my daughters from school late, I then had to go back in with my daughters and sit another 40 minutes while I signed to reverse the - - payment.so toyota can say I bounced again, now I 'm catching on. Wasted, ruined my daughters birthday, sucked the joy out of that. Following day, - wants to hear my hardship from Toyota and lecture me after I told her my dog had - and I had to pay for her and so on and she told me I need to get help on managing money. I also mentioned I tried to trade car and well known dealership said my payment was outrageous and - over market value. Quickly - was at Toyota 's defense and wants to argue. The conversation was hopeless, I had to end the call as I knew where it was going. I had asked you, CFPB to help in this a few weeks back and Toyota responded they have nothing to do with payment options well on the site, which I mentioned to - they have many options for help, I emailed them no response, I also mentioned that to - she said no help for me I asked why? She said many reasons. I asked again " many reasons ''. I 'm not understanding this. If company 's are punishing me for getting help " CFPB '' involved, I do n't believe is a good answer. I 'm asking you for help because I 'm sick. Incase I ca n't follow up, it relieves some pressure for me. Today, I had a -, over summer on my -. Now why are these not within good reason? Now to also let - know, my - " just a dog '' as I was treated. If I did n't have this ridiculous car payment, I would n't have had my " just a - '' as I am -. Instead I would have given her a formal burial because she was my family. So thanks Toyota for not helping instead, just wanting revenge and adding to the stress in my life. I think as I use to work in as a - for 15 years full time, I - understanding people even if I never walked their shoes, I helped them and made them feel comfortable and not any less as a person. I had enough with all these bullies.
