LexisNexis ' lack of care in reporting accurate information has adversely impacted my ability to obtain utilities through - - without having to pay a substantially high deposit. For the past 8 years I have been able to obtain utilities - without a need to pay a deposit. I have an outstanding credit score, as I just closed on a new home, and I have always made payments to utility companies on-time. I have never once been delinquent or account been closed for negative reasons. In fact LexisNexis performed - separate report -.
