Submitted paperwork regarding wage garnishment -/-/-. Without notice to me my wages were garnished beginning -/-/- Agency said they sent me the information -/-/-. They did not. I did not receive the decision until -/-/- and that was through email from - after I complained. The information on the -/-/- paperwork has changed significantly. The -/-/- paperwork said I had 15 days to appeal. Obviously, the 15 days had elapsed -/-/-. I have not moved. It would be in my best interest to respond in a timely manner. I did not receive the information. Everything I send - is sent certified mail return receipt requested to avoid these issues. - should do the same. However, I do not believe they sent it to me. I made contact with EOS-CCAand they said they would get back to me. I have not heard from them. Not only are my wages being garnished but now my social security is being garnished which I had to take 4 years early to cover the $600.00 a month they are taking from my wages. With the social security garnishment they are now receiving almost $1000.00 per month. I am single, - years old and have raised


whole system is confusing, non-responsive and not dealing in real world income and expenses. People do not return calls. People do not know how to help you and they do not take your personal circumstances into consideration when reviewing documentation they have been given. In fact, they completely ignore anything they have been provided other than their paperwork you have filled out. There is no way I can afford a garnishment of 15 % if the information I provided was reviewed. I have sent my story to various government and social service agencies. I have sent my story to various government employees including senators. I have sent my information to various media outlets and have been contacted -. I urge anyone else suffering from the burden - mismanagement to write their own stories so attention may be paid to the fact that we are people with lives not just a number.
