Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Texas

Chase - - - card allowed a thief to change my password, address, and request/receive a replacement card to another state overnight. Closed that acct, opened another - and in - days the thief had made a change of address on the new card. Closed account completely. This all took place from - -.Thursday - thru Tuesday -/-/15.
