JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase card services refuses to credit me $80.00 for work I had done with - to repair my car in - Florida back in - 2015 ... - did shappy work on my car, over charged me, and ripped me off. I then had to go to another auto shop pay them $80.00 to get the problem corrected that - created, and make the correct repair. I explained this to a chase supervisor and dispute department over the next month with no positive results. I was told it would take two billing cycles to resolve the issue and get my money back.. We are now in the 3rd billing cycle with no resolve. As a long term valued customer of chase cards and banking I would like chase to come forward in favor of my $80.00 and credit me immediately. From what I can tell, Chase Card services do not back their customers!! I do not appreciate it. I have never in my life seen this type of business incompetence. As a Consumer I will not stand for this kind of unfair business practice. Also as a long term valued customer of chase banking I am dropping my bank account
Since - charged me $140.00 on my Chase card and even after i brought the car back again they said the work was done properly, it was not. I had to go to - and Pay an additional $80.00 to have the work corrected. I am disputing $80.00 from my card to be credited back to me. There should be no excuses. I submitted all paperwork that chase cards requested months ago! - -
