Thereafter, I personally contacted - - - and disputed the validity of this debt in its entirety based upon ID THEFT. During my contact with - - -. I requested that all collection on this account to cease and to delete this adverse information from my credit report until a complete and full investigation is conducted determining the validity of the DEBT as required under Fair Debt Collection Act. To this extent, - - - recklessly disregarded my request and continued unlawful collection attempt in clear violation of the law ( FCRA ; FDCA & PRIVACY RIGHTS ), without just cause or any legitimate reason.
