My name is - on -/-/- I had my credit report ran and saw a judgement against me on -/-/-. When I contacted Calvary - ( the agency that filed the judgement ) and gave them the account numbe I was told that this account belongs to someone named - - and that they can not discuss the matter with me. I tried going through their escalation process to have this judgement removed but with no success. My attorney - - - - - even sent them a letter on - -, 2015 and neither he nor I have received a response and the judgement is still sitting on my credit report, and they will not discuss the matter with me or him.
