PayPal Credit card department,
I had an account with Pay Pay Credit for several years. They sent me monthly statements to my email address and that would serve as my reminder of how much I owed and to pay my bill on line. For the past several months I no longer received a monthly statement ( though I would still receive an email when I made a transaction ). I occurred a late charge in - of $30.00 for a balance that was under $130.00. I complained to Pay Pay credit that I have not been rec'ing a monthly statement, customer service told me there was nothing that they could do and I cancelled my account. I asked Pay Pay credit customer service to start sending me a paper statement. In - I did n't receive a statement and went on-line to pay my bill and again was a day late therefore I was charged a $30.00 late fee again on a balance that was under $100.00! I called Customer Service again they said they could n't help me and that they would n't take off the late fee! They can not prove that they are sending me monthly statements! They are purposely not sending me a monthly bill so that I can keep paying high penalties on my low balance! They are cheating me out of money and they ARE NOT sending me a monthly bill ... I 've checked my email, junk mail and deleted mail and there has never been a statement or monthly bill sent to my email address on record -
