BB & T - constant calling harassing us about wanting fees from our son who had - inactive student accounts from years ago. ( They just now came up with $80.00 in fees ''. ) He made the negotiated payment and yet they still call and harass us. Now started calling his cell phone while he is at work. This has got to stop. BB & T is harassing us 3 to 5 times a day over an old, inactive student account. Our - year banking history with them apparently makes no difference
