I ordered an electric fireplace from Ginny '' s credit card. The product was defective and was retreturned and I requested my account to be refunded for payments made and credited for the defective product. I telephoned Ginny '' s credit department and was told that they will not refund they $75.00 payments that were paid in - -, 2015 and they will hold they - that I paid in - for - says. This appears to be predatory practices and theft by taking, as I have returned all products that belong to Ginny '' s due to manufacture defect, but they refuse to return my money. I am - and - and need help with this issue because Ginny '' s transferred me to there different people in different departments, all to no avail.
