I made arrangement with Chase Bank to make monthly payments of $180.00 on a close account from -/-/- to -/-/-. During that period of time, Chase Bank reported that my payments were 90 days past due until the balance was paid off. Chase Bank has refused to remove the 90 days past due notice on my credit bureau reports. I feel that Chase Bank is unfairly punishing me although I upheld my end of the contractual agreement.
