Bank of America Credit card department,
The merchant -/ - - charge $3400.00, $ - monthly and $9500.00 to - different credit cards of Bank of America ( accounts ending numbers - and - ) I presented disputes regarding all this charges because this merchant is a fraud and have not fulfill the contract stating verbal promises and emails that are n't true. I send different letters to Bank of America explaining with documents and emails that sustained my claim. Bank of America credited $9500.00 and I closed the account. Nevertheless, Bank of America refused to credit the charge of $3400.00 and this merchant is still charging $ - monthly to an account that I cancelled. I want the full credit back because this company had breech the contract and is offering me a whole different one and Ive been a victim of a fraud. I do n't want Bank of America to process or let - made future charges of $150.00 to my cancelled credit card account which ends in -.
