Received telephone call from EOS CCA at my place of employment. Returned call and was advised I owe a debt to - -. I advised in writing to EOS on -/-/2015 that I dispute claim and requested verification of debt because I never received a final bill after my cancellation of service indicating amount owed and for what services they rendered to me to cause my owing the debt. On -/-/2015 I received an alert by email from my credit monitoring service that - potentially negative item was placed on my credit report, which was - -. I am also disputing that negative item with my credit reporting agency. As of the date, I have no response from - - or EOS CCA.
