Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Arizona
I contacted my finance company on - -, 2015 made a payment for my - payment and asked if I could have my - payment deferred due to financial hardship. I was advised by a representative to fax a letter in writing to the deferment department explanning why i am requesting a deferment. The represenattive advised that I fax it in ASAP because i was in the first half of my grace period. I faxed the deferment -/-/2015 to the deferment department and have a fax comfirmation the fax was successful. I called two days later like i was advised to be told my deferment had been received and being reviewed. Two days later I receive a call requesting for me to make a payment and I advised i had submitted a deferment. The representative stated no deferment was received and aggresively requested payment. I advised him I spoke with someone in the office two days prior and was told it was in the system. He asked me to hold came back on the line stated he did see the deferment apologized and disconnected. I had n't heard anything so i assumed the deferment had been approved until I received a call tuesday - -, 2015 demanding payment. I advised of the deferment and was stated once again deferment was not received and in order for them to process the deferment i needed to pay a $150.00 fee to process the deferment. I was never told their was a fee to process the deferment and it defets the purpose of a deferment. I have not been treated fairly from this company and have had many problems.
