Wells Fargo Bank , NA ( hereinafter WFC '' ), and its divisions ( Consumer Accounts for checking and savings account as well as the credit card accounts are to eager to charge fees, but will not return fees for their own mistakes ( continually ignoring the requests, disputes and issues - until it is passed the deadline, then its representatives claim that it is pass sixty or ninety days allowed '' ). Therefore, the unjustified charges they make on the checking and savings accounts become permanent. WFC is very ANTI-CONSUMER. and NOW, I have issues with disputed charges on Debt card and a credit card. On three ( 3 ) occasions :
provides me an UNSIGNED COPY of the charge. When I ask for the Merchant 's telephone number, WFC provides me a DISCONNECTED telephone number. Yet, - claims that the charge is valid. -. -/-/- on my secured credit card in the amount of $1900.00. I disputed this charge 2 times. WFC can not produce ANY record. In fact, its representative told me that the merchant claims it was going to ship me something. I repeatedly told WFC rep.s that I do not have any relationship with the merchant and did not order anything from it and that the charge is unauthorized. WFC even confirmed with the merchant that the item was not sent ( EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING and DID NOT CONTACT the MERCHANT FOR ANY REASON ). However, it claims that because this merchant ran a $290.00 charge FIVE MONTHS EARLIER ), then this charge must be valid. So, does not matter if I dispute a charge or not, nor that it matters if I truly purchase something, just because WFC does not want to process a dispute, then the consumer/card holder must suffer its representatives laziness or ignorance. Moreover, if a merchant made a charge and the card holder did not questions the first charge, then if the merchant makes additioanl charges sometimes in the very far future ( not even on a specific pattern ), then the charges must be valid ( even of WFC or the Merchant can not produce any evidence ).
