JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase Cardmember Services for Visa credit card failed to handle fraud charges in reasonable time frame. Received a notice today. This fraud alert was send to me in -/-/- and it is now -/-/-. I emailed them on regular basis to send me infor. They need to refund me fees and penalties and correct the card payments. The credit card is current. I have been working with Executive Corporate office.
