I am writing this letter to request an account review for my student loans serviced by American Education Services due to my current situation. This is my last and final request. I have met with a bankruptcy attorney regarding these loans, and I was informed that I do qualify for a hardship exception based on my - and limited - income. I am prepared to file for bankruptcy -/-/2016 if National Collegiate Trust does not move forward and make an exception and forgive these loans due to my -. I understand these loans do not have a forgiveness option. I did have other student loans with other companies which did not have a forgiveness option, and they chose to make an exception and forgive my loans anyway due to the severity of my - and I am aware that National Collegiate Trust also has the discretion to do this. I have been - for over 4 years and there is no cure for my life-threatening disease. I will have this disabling condition the rest of my life and will not be able to return to work and it will eventually result in my early death.
