Dealer Funding repossed my car today, -/-/15 without sending me a notice to cure my debt. I was unaware that they were coming to take my car or that they thought I was behind as they say I am. I have been making payments, the last one made was in -/-/- but they claim that I have not paid a payment for four months which is not true and I have proof. When I made my last payment, it reflected my balance and with the payment I made, it brought the balance down under $1000.00. I lost my job and without a car I can not obtain a new one. When I called I was told my car was out for repo since -/-/- but I had since made a payments that brought my balance down, the last one being in -/-/- and i never received a notice to cure. I spoke to - who said they had been looking for me for four months but I never received notice and my partial payments have been accepted ; they have sent me statements but no notices.
