Dealer Funding, LLC Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay problems when you are unable to pay November 11, 2015 - Dealer Funding repossed my car today, -/-/15 without sending me a notice to cure my debt. I was unaware that they were coming to take my car or that they thought I was behind as they say I am. I have been making payments, the last one made was in -/-/- but they claim that I have not paid a payment for four months which is not true and I have proof. When I made my last payment, it reflected my balance and with the payment I made, it brought the balance down under $1000.00. I lost my job and without a car I can not obtain a new one.
