On -/-/- my son went to - and traded in his - - -, and was financed a - - -, they over charged him and his interest rate was 25 %. I thought that was way too high and illegal. His car note is $430.00 monthly. He ca n't get out of this car because everyone is telling him he is upside down, now this is why I am contacting you because of the issues we are having with this car, and we also tried to refinance, but our credit union will not do it. I feel that - seen my son as a young - year old coming in there and they went to work on him, they gave him a high interest rate, and now he is stuck with high monthly payments for the next 72 months. Please help my son with whatever can be done. I do n't feel good about this at all, I really think - just was looking for a commission and not helping him at all, nor was they at all in his best interest. He is a first time buyer ( being finance ) his credit is good.
